There is an Item on your site I want! How do I order?

We want to make sure you get exactly what you want. If you see something on our websites or on one of our linked sites, give us a call (207 563 5488). Most items are in stock but if it’s not, we can order it for you or find something similar. We can ship your item directly to you, or you can pick it up in the shop. Shipping fees may apply.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover)
We accept local checks and gift cards in store.

Do you offer Layaway?

Yes! We offer Year round “Pay Your Way”, 20% deposit to start, then we give you up to 6 months to pay it off.

Can I redeem my Gift Card online?

Currently gift cards must be purchased and redeemed in store only.

When can I expect my order?

All items are shipped within 2-3 business days, (unless it is a special order or personalized – engraving or sizing). We use a variety of shipping options shipping for our standard shipping methods and anticipate delivery within 1-3 business days within Maine and New Hampshire and 3-6 business days throughout the US. Express shipping options are also available. Shipping fees apply.

What is your return/exchange policy?

It is important to us that you, or the person who receives it, is 100% satisfied with your purchase. Stop by the shop within 30 days of your purchase with your sales slip for store credit. We cannot offer exchange/refund for items that were custom designed, show wear, have been altered, or have been engraved. Please contact us with any questions.

Are all of your products on your website?

No, not all of our products are online. If you can’t find what you are looking for, give us a call, we are more than happy to shop for you!

Can you fix my broken jewelry?

We can fix your broken or damaged jewelry. The price is going to depend on what is broken and the type of jewelry. Please bring it into the shop, we will be happy to help.

Do you service watches?

Yes, all watch repairs as well as replacing straps, removing or adding links and replacing batteries. Stop by or give us a call with any questions.

What size ring do I need?

Ah yes a very important question, mostly asked by those whom want to buy an engagement ring and are not sure where to start. Here is a great way to find out;
*Find a ring your partner wears now, if you think you can bring it into the shop without her noticing we can measure it right in the store. However, if you know your partner will notice it’s missing, here’s what you can do: trace the inside of the ring on a piece of paper and bring that in, we can do our best to match that size. Another option would be to ask your partners friends or mother if they know your partners finger size. If the wrong size is purchased, don’t worry we can usually size it.

Do you size rings?

Yes, we do size rings. Stop by the shop or call for more information.

Do you repair jewelry?

Yes, we do repair jewelry. Some items we can fix in the shop, while others will have to be sent out for repairs. Stop in or give us a call for more information.

Do you purchase jewelry?

Yes, we do on occasion purchase jewelry, as well as consign certain pieces. Stop by the shop for more information.
